Terminal 3 Visitor Event

Large-scale visitor events require careful planning and preparation to ensure that they run smoothly and safely. Structured crowd flow management, safety-related infrastructure and evacuation measures are particularly important.

A very special visitor event was held for Fraport AG in April 2026: under the theme “Ready for Take-off”, the new Terminal 3 opened its doors for the first time to approximately 30,000 visitors, giving them an opportunity to experience the new building.

BELUTION took on overall project management for the event and, alongside the event technology, was responsible for planning and implementing the infrastructure as well as the entire wayfinding system across the event site. This ensured smooth operations and clear visitor guidance throughout the expansive grounds.
